I’ve been a bit quiet lately, and I can’t believe it’s May already and nearly June! Here’s a little morsel of music for you.
Who Knows Where the Time Goes – Sandy Denny
This is my version of a song I’ve had in my mind for a while. I’ve been a little bit obsessive with it, so I thought I’d be able to get it out of my system with a recording. It’s a simple acoustic home recording – it was tempting to try and make it “perfect” but I kept losing something, so this is just super simple, and a little imperfect. But that’s ok.
There have been loads of versions of this song, but I came across it from Eva Cassidy’s version, which I have loved for a long time. I only recently realised that I didn’t know much about the original, and Sandy Denny, who wrote it, and after a bit of youtubing her I was even more obsessed.
I hope you like it.
Anne-Marie
PS – I just found out the other day that “Letter from Home” is available for streaming on spotify – if you use spotify, the green icon on the left will take you to it, if you fancy a listen to my older stuff.

Before I say anything else, I just want to say thanks SO much for all the lovely things you’ve been saying about Endless Eyes!
Please do keep sending it to friends and helping it reach new ears, that’s what music likes best… :)
Here’s a sneaky-peek from a video for another song that I’m working on at the moment… it’s another big learning curve in my repertoire of DIY-ness but it seems to be coming together, with tons of patience. Watch this space …!
